RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are committed to your 100% satisfaction. If you would like to make a return, it must be within 30 days of purchase date for an exchange, store credit, or refund on the credit card used for purchase. Store credit is valid for up to one year from date of credit. Delivery charges are nonrefundable. Shipping charges will apply to exchanges (unless we are at fault). Please include a copy of the receipt. Please include your name, address, email address, phone number, reason for return, and request for either a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please email us at info@hylandjustice.com if you'd like to make a return.

All returns must be insured.

All gifts will include a card with contact information for HYLAND'S.

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped FedEx ground.

For oversized items, shipping prices may vary. We will be sure to let you know the cost before shipping any oversized items.

Shipping address must be a physical street address. P.O. Boxes cannot be used for shipping.

STATE SALES TAX

Residents of Georgia, please note that the tax for your order will be calculated at 7% and then adjusted based on the destination county during order processing.
